The culture of constant hustle means well in most cases, but in many ways, it has diminished the importance placed on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. From a Millennial's perspective, this aspect has been refined within my generation, but exceptions do exist, with practically every startup of this generation being the main platform most people use nowadays. I was prompted to consider this by a realization that prioritizing rest is essential for one’s mind to fully function; otherwise, you're only hurting yourself in the process and can actually create a worsened situation. It serves as a constant reminder that we must consistently remember. You'll come to see that diligent effort will persist until it's time for rest and will repeat in the cycle of life.
